INTERVENTION
Our crisis services provide support to individuals in an emergency crisis 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We serve the needs of people experiencing personal crisis or mental health issues and respond with services that promote coping, emotional health and well-being.

Crisis services:​

The Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) provides a 16-bed intensive care facility. The CSU is located in Ardmore.

Urgent Recovery Centers (URC) help de-escalate the severity of their crises and/or need for urgent care. URC's are located in Ada, Ardmore and Durant.​

The Children's Urgent Recovery Center (C-URC) is specialized to help children and their families in a mental health emergency. The C-URC services are available in Durant.

Significant changes
in behavior, thoughts or feelings such as increased anxiety or agitation, changes
in sleep patterns or appetite.
WHAT TO
WATCH FOR
Isolation and
social withdrawal from school, work, family and friends.

Abusive behavior
to self and others, including substance use or self harm.


Inability to perform daily tasks such
as bathing,
changing clothes
or providing
self-care.
The warning signs are not always present when a mental health crisis is developing, but are good signs to look for.
Extreme mood swings, inability
to stay still, or
rapid changes in emotion.
Cognitive changes like difficulty concentrating, confused thinking or experiencing delusions or hallucinations.
